Error in SAP CRM: Email Transfer" folder in outlook

Hi all,

I am trying to configure Email Integration.

The problem i am facing is when i click on the folder "SAP CRM: Email Transfer" in outlook i dont get the information display. It shows the message page cannot be found.

I have already carried out the following steps:

I have already installed the Software from Personalized page of the WebClient UI Tab.

1) Set up your e-mail transfer in Microsoft Outlook

Set Up E-Mail Transfer

2) Edit the settings for synchronizing your personal calender, tasks, and contacts with SAP CRM

Edit Synchronization Settings

3) CDO is already installed

4) Active X settings "Initial and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" needs to be set to "enable".

Is there anything i am missing ?
