Required fields for time sheet

Dear Friends,

I have to create the template for time sheet in which i get the data regarding the Attendence of the employee but am not aware about which fields i have to mentaion in that template .In sap i used IT2001,IT2002 and IT2006 i am technical guy so am not aware of that too much .Kindly guide me which infotype fields i will mention in that template .
