Printout differs to the same printer when it is used at different locations

Hello Expert,

I am facing an wierd problem in printing to the printer.

I gave a print out to the zebra label printer YESTERDAY. The printer was at one location (say First floor). The print out was good as expected with different fonts for different lines and with correct line spacing.

TODAY, we switched off the printer and shifted the printer to the warehouse ( ground floor). Then we switched on the printer and gave the same data for the print out. Now the print out is completely different. Now the font is same for all contents, the line spacing has been changed.

I doubt that the printer configuration/installation settings (not SAP settings) might have been changed or set to default. Because of this we face the problem.

Could any one clarify on this regard,

Note: The printer was connected to the network at both the locations. No modifications/changes done either to the smartforms/SPAD settings.
