finding doc's

Hi all,

Is there a method to find all doc's/articals/Blog so that I save some where on my machine ( doc's/articals/Blog by catergory eg docs by data manager, import manager..etc will be good ). I was looking for "How To use MDM Syndicator to Syndicate Repository data" from many days and found it now 😊
