Hi All,
We are facing issue with Production SMP server.
Nearly 70 users are using our application.
Everyday the server is getting down frequently,we were restarting the server every time.
Could you please help me out why it is happening??

In most of the cases iam getting below errors.
1.Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity.
2.Unauthorized

For SAP Mobile platform the log files are under: <SMP home>/log eg: /usr/sap/ESP/SMP/Server/log
Please check if there is a new patch level available.

Please check dev_disp, dev_wp* files to find out what caused the shutdown of your SAP system.
Also, is the shutdown pattern constant I mean does you SAP system go down everyday at a same time? If so, check if any script/software running at OS level to causing this?
