problem with action type status

hi gurus,

we have a action type called stop & remittence - XI . For this action type the status is set as 'active'

how to change status to inactive mode .

please help me.

Check this below IMG path

SPRO->Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Customizing Procedures->Actions->Set up personnel actions->Personnel Action Types.

These are the diff employment status available

0: Employee not with company

1: Employee with company, but inactive

2: Employee with company, but as retiree

3: Employee active in company

You can choose from these aand maintain in thh employmnet column

Check T529A table take the help of F1

and set ur configuration as per the Action

the reason why said to take F1 help because while configuration he wont miss any setting

in the third column named Employment he has to set the value as 3 which is active

Do u want to change the employment status ?? If yes then check table T529A field is employment
