How to get all indirect reports to the org units

Hi,

I am using the function module 'RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS' to get all indirect reports to org unit by passing act_tdepth = '0'. I am using an evaluation path 'ZTEST' which is as follows:

10 O B 003 Incorporates * S

15 S A 008 Holder * P

20 O B 002 Is line supervisor of * O

When I am using the above evaluation path, the FM 'RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS' times out.

Is there any way I can improve the performance.

Also please let me know what the field act_tdepth = '0' in 'RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS' indicates.
