How to change standard error messages in Portal

Hi Gurus,

I would like to know if it is possible to change the standard error messages the Portal returns to us when for example we try a SSO connection to another system, when no SAP GUI is installed, no user is defined in the system, u2026

It would be really helpful if you give any releated documents links or you view on this.
