I can not use a data base as xl reporter somehow is now activated and launch automatically and the system hangs on it is not possible to do anything it seems to be blocked any idea how to desactivate xl reporter outside business one?
Do you mean you have no way to log on to B1? I don't think there are any tools could be used outside of B1 to affect system running. You may have to log a support message.
