Personnel Cost Planning config

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to config the projected budget for salary of the employee. i am using the personnel cost planning and use scenario group Basic Pay and it is working fine for a coming financial year.

But it is only consider the Basic pay wage types , i need to use a scenario where all the wage type of Basic pay , 0014,0057,0587 need to forecast for the fanatical year. i thing i have to use the Payroll result scenario or projected pay scenario but i do not know how to config it , while i run the Payroll result scenario or projected pay scenario it give me an error - No cost data from payroll exists for cost object Harish (P 86038170) ,

Please let me know config . Please advice.

No cost Data means

did u assigned the cost Centre

as normal the details of salaries that has been given or some other inof has to be taken form that cost centre

check whethe the cost centre is assigned to that positon or not

hi Theja,

Cost center is already assigned for all . and it is working fine in basic pay scenario with cost center , but not working for Payroll result and projected pay scenario . what config to be needed for those scenario.

please advice.

Hi Avik:

When you post payroll results to FI then you have to transfer the Payroll Data to Cost Planning module.

In pc00_m99_cipe you can see a button to transfer the results to PCP.

then the system would update the PCL5 clusters.

And then proceed with the Scenario group- Payroll results.
