Product key (category ID) not found in SNC & BOL processing failed.


Hello Experts,

I am a complete newbie to SNC and have posted this query on many other forums ..... but no luck.

Can anybody hep me out.

A PO with order no 4500068734 has been sent to SNC. Idoc has been generated successfully and sent to SNC.

I am looking at the Acknowledgemnt part of SNC to XI using SPROXY transaction.

In SPROXY a sample PO acknowledgement XML file for order 4500068734 has been uploaded and executed.

The response received gives me the error like "Order does not exist. BOL processing failedXML-message inbound processing has been terminated".

The Order and its details are already available at SNC side.

Could any of you pls give me a proper direction as to how to solve this error?

Your help will be very valuable for me.
