business partner master screen security

how can we allow only specific operators to view/change a business partner master with property 30 turned on? or keep other operators from accessing these business partners?

i think a fms could catch the bp but how do i cancel or start over the bp master screen?

Hi Matt ,

If you are not familiar with SDK , look for addon ..called Boyum ...It can resolve your issue regarding that level of authorisation .

we have boyum. are you referring to triggers and conditions? if so way over my head. if we had a partner we probably could have them write a simple sdk routine to handle it. is ther anyplace to learn how to use the sdk? thanks for your answers.

if you have Boyum ,why would you like to learn SDK ....go for easy stuff than complicated .

If you are not familiar with Boyum , then go here if they have

solution already developed ..all you need to do is follow manual ..

I haven't test yet . But there should be a way ..

This level of authorization could only be done through SDK or Add-on. There are no options from system.
