RBDAPP01 is not picking all IDocs

Gurus,

We have a background Job scheduled for RBDAPP01 program to process incoming IDocs. But this program is not picking up all IDocs. When we have nearly 20000 IDoc it is levaing 300 to 400 IDocs, but these IDocs are get processed in next run.

Can you please let us know what would be the reason for this and how to resolve this issue.

RBDAPP01 report passes all inbound IDocs to the application for processing, if they meet the selection criteria, and have the following status:

Status 64, IDoc is ready for transfer to the application

Status 66, IDoc is waiting for preceding IDoc (Serialization)
