Hi! I was having trouble viewing my reports this morning (even though nothing has changed, everything worked fine yesterday) so I thought I would try stopping and starting all the servers to see if that would help. All stopped and restarted okay with the exception of RAS. It's stuck on the status of 'stopping'. It's been that way for at least 45 minutes. I don't have the option to restart. Anyone have any ideas on why it won't offically Stop? I've done it in the past with no problems.
