How can I check in following code the last row of internal Table.
if last row of itab
then do something
endif.

loop at itab.
at last.
do something.
endat.
endloop.
You can use DESCRIBE TABLE LINES ... to find the number of rows in the table and then rtead the table with that index.
Press F1 on DESCRIBE and READ.
