Data Archive Object Criteria

Hi,

Is there some place that list the criteria that has to be met for each of the Data Archiving objects?

Example: for object MM_MATBEL to archive material documents condition a,b, and c has to be met? The object I am concerned about are listed below:

MM_MATBEL - Delete

SD_VTTK - Delete

SD_VBRK - Delete

ZRL_TA - Delete

ZRV_LIKP - Delete

RV_LIKP -Delete

LE_HU - Delete

MM_EKKO - Delete

MM_EBAN - Delete

SD_VBAK - Delete

FI_DOCUMNT - Delete

For some objects, there exists a SAP note describing the archive criteria:

MM_EBAN, MM_EKKO - Note 401318

RV_LIKP - 138666

SD_VBRK - 488970

SD_VBAK - 481577

You mention some Z objects like ZRL_TA and ZRV_LIKP. I assume these are tailored to your company's requirements. In this case, you will have to contact the respective person (maybe the developer who modified the programs) to see what is the additional criteria which is put in place.
