Hi Experts,

Need to remove Customer Info , Alerts window and other windows on IC web Client to increase space on the top.

Hi Adi

i was able to remove it as follows:

IMG > CRM > UI Framework > Technical Role Definition > Define Technical Profile

Copy Profile DEFAULT_IC

Now delete values in fields Startup Application and Start page. Assign the new Technical profile to your business role.

Also remove irrelevant the Function profiles assigned to Business role.

Adjust your runtime framework profile.

IMG > CRM > UI Framework > UI Framework Definition > Maintain Runtime Framework Profile

Hi Adi

You need to first define the layout profile here:

IMG > CRM > Business Roles > Define Navigation Frame

Now assign the layout profile to your business role here:

IMG > CRM > Business Roles > Define Business Role

go to spro crm>business roles>define business role

select your business role

click on assign function profiles

remove the profiles that you don't want to display
