Enhance Who is Who search

Hi,

I am looking for a way to enhance the who is who search.

The current search feature is:

If the name is not given fully, it does not display search records.

Say, i am looking for Krishna Ewewew, and if i enter Krishna as first name, the result shows all the persons with first name krishna. And if i give the Last name Ewewew, it shows all the records with the last name Ewewew.

And now, if I try to give some thinkg like Krish or Ewe, it isnt showing any result. By i want the list of all the employees whose first name starts with Krish or whose last name starts with Ewe.

How do I achieve it?

Please suggest, this is really an emergency.
