To Delete Requirement Against A Delivery In MD04

Hi All.

I have created a order >Delivery >Shipment

The PGI is still not done as there is a storage location error.

Now, when I am trying to delete the shipment the system is not allowing me to do as shipment costs are settled.

In MD04 there is a requirement against this delivery.

How can I cancel the requirement against this delivery in MD04 so that I can use this stock for other order?
