Time-Sheets !!

Hi All,

Is there any solution for time sheets ? I have employees in organization who are on the field all the time doing assigned work. they have to send in the weekly time sheet so that we can bill the client based on their working hrs.

Please tell me how to handle the situation as i need some automated arrangement.

Add a UDT, Import the file through DTW or ask user to key in regularly into that UDT.

Field user doesnt not have SAP access.

Now what is the solution ?

If so, u consolidate the data's to a single file and import it into SAP B1 through DTW.

Thats going to be the weekly or monthly activity, can you tell me the where i should be adding the UDT ?? which document ? or do i have to design a new form for time sheet ??

Please clear the fundamental of UDT since i am not a techie..
