Unable to see the Org Structure.

Can you please help me on this issue? I got a versatile issue in my production system.

When I clicked on ppoma_bbp, normally the message was displayed as u201Cplan version current plan was setu201D up to here ok. But in my case it is different.

In the right side the error message was showing as u201Cthe page cannot be displayedu201D against the left hand side error message u201Cplan variant current plan is selectedu201D.

Problem is I unable to see the org structure in the right hand side. I want to see the org structure in the right hand side. How can me. Please advice.

So kindly suggest me where I need to check for this setting.
