Professional Tax (PT) calculation

Dear Experts/Gurus,

Currently Professional Tax (PT) is calculated on Gross only for one of their Personnel Areas but now my client wants PT to be calculated on (Gross-Conveyance) for one of their personnel areas only.

One more information the Wage Types is same for all other Personnel Areas too.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
