Multiple account assignment

Hi Gurs,

My client is on SRM 4.0 extended classic with backend ECC.

We have a PO in SRM which is been charged to multiple cost centers on percentage basis.

In PO change version user deleted one cost center and distributed the 100% to remaining CCs.

When ordered the PO, change version failed to transfer backend ECC and the PO status

In BBP_PD turn to transfer failed. Error showing in RZ20 u2018Distr. ind. and partial invoice

ind. must be set for multiple account assignmentu2019.

Please suggest how to overcome the issue.

Hi Prasad

For clarification, is only one cost center remaining now after deletion? If only one CC remained, dont use the distribution as 100% instead of that pls use as single account assignment type.

Hi,

Try to execute the function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC with change version gui id of the PO.

check in RZ20 for any error messages.
