Hi,<br> I would recommend you to 1. Read the model company payroll in help.sap 2. Go through HMRC for tax rules, NI, P45 and others 3. Search in HMRC for pension, it will direct you to website on pension details. This is amazing website 4. Goto service.sap.com/hrgb to read some important stuff like e-filing and PY-GB mandatory configuration and helpmaterials 5. Important things to learn and understand for PY-GB : GB Specific ITs - 65, 66,70, 71,88, 222 6. Learn about Maternity Pay - SxP/OxP and Avg Weekly earning 7. Pension plans and configuration 8. Court Orders 9. Tax calculation and understanding tax tables in HMRC 10. NI Calculation 11. Ralationship between NI and Pension 12. E-Filing 13. Salary Sacrifice 14. Retro calcultaion of NI 15. GB specific Processing class and Cumulation classes Most of them are straight forward configuration if you understand the base concept from HMRC.
