EHP4-Update with additional languages

Hi!

I would like to update my SAP ECC 6.0 system with EHP4 (Windows 32 Bit, DB: Oracle).

I have, besides DE and EN, some additional languages like Italy, French.

Which preparation and postprocessing steps regarding the languages (e.g. tcode SMLT) should be regarded with EHP4 update?
