How to clear GR/IR

Hello All,

I wanted to clear a GR?IR account but the reference PO is already archived?

Is there any possible way?

I have done your suggestion but it can not be. A message appear that GR/IR clearing account cannot be manually cleared

It means you have put "Post Automatically" in your G/L Master. Go to FS00 TCode and remove the Post Automatically button. Then system will allow you to post.

Normally to clear a GR/IR Account you can do it automatically through TCode F.13 and configuring the GR/IR G/L Account in OB74.

However in your case since PO Document is archived then you can use F-03 Manual G/L Clearing Transaction to clear the line items in GRIR Account.
