Hiding conditions and subtotals in VA01, VA02 and VA03

Our requirement was to hide few conditions and subtotals in T code VA01, VA02 and VA03. We applied note 105621 for the same. But only conditions can be hidden. Can any one guide us on how to hide subtotal.
