Our requirement was to hide few conditions and subtotals in T code VA01, VA02 and VA03. We applied note 105621 for the same. But only conditions can be hidden. Can any one guide us on how to hide subtotal.

Sujata
Hi Sujata,
You can create variant in table setting, you can tick the field which you want to hide.
For that you want to click on icon on condition tab at item level adjustent to Stat column, three lines symbol is there, create variant or use basic setting and enter to administrator, and click on the column which you want to hide.
You can hide these nos of columns.

Status
NumCCo
OUn
CConDe

Hope these will useful for you.

Hi Sujatha,
You can achieve this by assigining a routine to the net value condition type. What you have to do is ,You maintain records for the same and you ask a sub routine to include all the values in that routine and assign this as alternate calculation type. This should work as intended.

Hello Sujata,
Its not possible in standard SAP.You can do it by using user exits or routines. You can hide condition type in print by not maintained print option in pricing procedure for relavent condition type.

Hi Sujata,
Instead of hiding, you can make the subtotal as Statistical so that it will not be considered for final amount calculations.
i think by standard SAP system you cant hide subtoal.
Hope you will get some inputs
