I want to take backup with BRTOOLS utility.
Please tell me that exact scenario of taking backup with BRTOOLS.

I think you should also tell him where the manual is, u00F6probably it is too dificult to find.
And you know, it is in several places, so it is even more dificult.

brtools is a menu driven interface for database functions - for Oracle ( other DBs i am not aware)
You can perform most of the Oracle administration using these tools. It invokes other br programs like brbackup, brspace based on the options u choose
For backup, set the required parameters in initSID.sap file and go as per the menu options
brtools comes part of DB dependent Kernel and will be part of the Kernel directory
