Hi

Can we execute MRP on the specific Valuation type if the material extended on different valuation types

Moreover is there any field availabe on MRP for valuation type

Please help me out

Hi Tusar,

There is no direct linking between MRP run and valuation type (Split valuation). MRN will just give you the requirement for your material and the responsibility/ Decision making for buying that material lies with buyer for purchasing.

let say you have diffrent split valuation Domestic purchase, Imports, Inter plants transfer.

But in case if you want, all purchases through MRP trigger should be done from Domestic Vendor only. we can handle this through Quota arrengement and schedulling agreement masterdata maintenance.

and for all other sources of purchase manual purchase order will be created.

Dear Nasir,

Using the User Exit,M61X0001 you can run MRP based on MRP controller wise,MRP type wise.

I dont thinks its possible to run based on valuation type wise,moreover the flow comes from the header

material,so your FERT materials for which there is demand will be having some valuation class and the

HALB and RAW materials which are dependent requirement's will be having some other valuation class.

In my understanding there is no relation between MRP and valuation type.

Check and revert back.
