Help onCCM - status saying Master Catalog currently being deleted

Hello L&G,

I am hoping I would get a direction to my issue that I am currently facing with CCM. We are using CCM2.0 with SRM5.5 and ECC6.0. our CCM used to work before properly but then since I added characteristics to it, it wasnt working since. So I deleted the Master_Catalog inorder to start over. I deleted the Master_catalog manually and ran CCM_Initialize report. CCM authoring tool setting has //CCM/MASTER_CATALOG and Fuzzy Match settings.

But when I enter Edit Catalog hoping to see Master_Catalog automatically, status says Master catalog is currently being deleted and not allowing me to upload or edit catalog. Page is empty.

Where did I go wrong ?

Hi,

Check table /ccm/d_upd_state for an entry in status 03 for this master catalog .... if it is there, remove it with report /CCM/CLEANUP_UPDATE_STATUS
