Messages when adopting a PR into a PO

When adopting a line item from a PR to a PO, if the PR has a deleted line item the system issues a warning message stating that the PR line item has been deleted but allows it to be added to the PO. We want that to be a hard error message, rather than a warning and the line should not be adopted into the PO. How can we accomplish this?

Hi,

Go to transaction OLME

OLME>>Purchasing>>Environment data>>Define attributes of system messages

in the pop up window, select "system message"

Go to message 06 050 , change the indicator from "W" to "E" in the colunm category

Hi,

Do the following steps:

> Transaction:OLME

>> Environment Data

>>> Define Attributes of System Message

Then, change the category from message 06 050 from W to E (error), like this:

06 050 Purchase requisition & item & already deleted E
