Reg: POWL Display/Print Button in travel Management -MSS

Hi,

The POWL for approval of travel and expenses is working fine. there is a button Display/Print form to print the travel expense form. On clicking the form, I'm getting an error ' Page not found or not available' . I checked the log for the error in NWa which stated :'' com.sapportals.portal.pcd.gl.PermissionControlException''

I assigned Super Administrator role after which the error was resolved. Can anyone let me know the reason why the page was displayed on assigning super admin role ?////
