Shopping cart doesn't reappear in sourcing cockpit after contract deletion.

Hi all,

my question concern about contracts created by sourcing cockpit from shopping carts.

If I delete a contract created from a shopping cart the shopping cart itself doesn't reappear in the sourcing cockpit and is impossible to create a new contract (from the so.co.). The only possibility is to delete the shopping cart and to create a new one.

This behaviour is correct?

Are there other possibilities?

Hello Norberto,

Do you have a workflow on your Contracts ?

If yes, SC item(s) will go back to sourcing only when workflow contract is over.

At SC item level, does field SOURCE_REL_IND have 'X' for value when contract is deleted ?

If not, that's why you do not see SC item(s) in sourcing. You will have to check why.

Thanks for information.

I've already checked the flag for sourcing and, after contract deletion, it was space. So, for this problem, I opened also an OSS message.

The response was thta this behaviour is standard SAP. There is a BADI to retain SC in the SOCO after the creation of contract but for our this solution isn't possible.
