1.PDP with CS. How its possible - assume that classic - possible

you bring PR - external requirement into SAP SRM for only assigning soucurce of supply

and PO will be created in ECC .

2.External requirements to SC how this process works.

for every PR , new external request (Shooping card) will be created in SRM

3.If sourcing is deactivated then how PO gets created.

NO . You must activate sourcing for the product category .

4. can we deactivate Shopping cart feature completely and go through sourcing cockpit in PDP

yes . it is possible .just bring PR in to sourcing cockpit and assign source of suuply and create a PO

just you can use SRM for only sourcing tool also.

Hi Muthuraman

2. Do we need to use any BAPI inorder to send requirements to SC or is it a std functionality

3.If we want to create PO for external requirements directly from SC then can we deactivate sourcingcockpit

since by default sourcing is turned off.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm40/helpdata/EN/38/39d03bcf36d137e10000000a114084/frameset.htm

many thread discussions on PDP .it is one of the business scenario in srm . help.sap.com helps you to understand

Sourcing is never carried out

This is the default setting at delivery.

SAP Enterprise Buyer does not transfer any items to the purchaser's sourcing application.

if you want you can make product category entries and settings as you wish in the sourcing configuaration.
