Fixed Asset problem on 2007A PL 30

hi dear experts,

I have a recurring problem when setting up Fixed Assets add-on on any database with SBO 2007 A PL 30. It keeps giving me 'setup failed'.

This happens only on a fresh PL 30 database. For databases upgraded from previous Patch levels to PL 30, the Fixed asset add-on is installed properly and works perfectly.

Any one had or have heard of a similar case? Would appreciate any feedback
