PM -CATS

HI,

I am using HR mini master for my client, where i will maintain information related to preson . but these are contractor labour.I want to know about cats.

(1) First i need to pay them at the end of month day basis + Ot hours aginst any PM order.

(2) I have to assign these persons to PM order , Suppose two person req for an operation using Person basis . Then i have to do planning & manpower management also(Like individual capacity planning).So How can i do it.how cats is useful in PM. please guide me step by step process.
