No data found in RSA3 for Customer Serive extractors

Hi Gurus,

I am facing an issue with below extractor.

1) 2LIS_18_I0ACTY

2) 2LIS_18_I0CAUSE

3) 2LIS_18_I0ITEM

When I check in the tables of the above extractors I can see Notification Numbers.

Tables are

QMEL: Notification Header

QMFE: Notification Item

QMMA: Notification Activity

QMUR: Notification Cause

And when I check the above same extractors in RSA3 I am getting "0 data records selected" .

So, please let me know whether I am missing something or need to do any manipulations.

Thanks in advance

Peter

You have to initialize the setup tables (transaction OLISBW) to make the RSA3 worked (as for any logistic extractors).

There is a lot of threads on the subject.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Already deltas are running over those extractors but, with 0 records.

I have executed FRR with one Notification Number, but loaded with 0 records.

And setup tables are required to fill when we are loading full load, if am not wrong.

Please let me know if there is any further steps.

Thanks

RSA3 gets its data from the setup table. You can't simulate delta loads for logistic extractors with this transaction. If you want the RSA3 to work, you have to have something in your setup table. You actually may experience problem to fill the setup tables (queues should be empty) but if you succeed, the delta is not broken.

Now, for you delta problem (0 records), if it's a problem, have you run your collective update job (transaction LBWE) ?

Regards,

Fred

Depending on the update mode defined for your dataSource, you should run the collective update job (it transfers the data from some queues - V3, smq1...- to the BW queue). As your delta gets no data, I assume you have define an update mode where it is needed (queued delta or unserialized V3 update).

To run this job : transaction LBWE/ click on the "job control" for your logistic application/Define a start date/Define the print parameters/Schedule the job).

A the end of the job, you should have some data on the BW queue for your dataSource (RSA7). Then you should get some data in your BW delta.

Regard,

Fred
