shopadmin not working

Hi All,

I am working on creation of B2B webshop through CRM 7.0 webchannel. I have defined a new customer application configuration for crmshop & attached a jco component (http://<host:port>/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do). But when i try to login into (http://<host:port>/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do?scenario.xcm=<scenario>), system throws an error stating "<scenario> application does not exist.

I checked on the earlier link & found green icon on this application scenario. JCo is working fine too.

What could be the problem?

Hello,

In this case the switch scenario.xcm=<scenario>) is case sensitive, Can you ensure that the scenario name is in the correct case.

Also id you go to http://'[server][port]/shopadmin/start.jsp this should list the XCM scenarios available. Is yours displayed in the list?
