HI,

(1) Is there any integration b/w PM and CATS.How can i use it . I am usin HR mini master.

(2) I need to book contactor manpower on day basis as well as OT hours . how can I pay them because they are contractor person but we r maintaining employee no.guide me with procedure.

Dear Gaurav

For this u need to make seperate work Center for Contractor , Define One activity type price maintained per hour basis , input in Work Center Costing Tab & Use in Order.

For OT Hours i think the Cost paid per hour will be different , So create other Activity type for OT hours ,

while doing confirmation iw42 , input this OT Activity type , mention the extra Overtime hours & book Cost into Order.

Actually contractor has separate level person like sr tech, technitian , Riger. Is it rt to make contactor work center.

Yes you need to make each Sr.Techni , Technician , Riger as seperate work center for better Capacity planning , Leveling & availability Check.

If you not using Capacity planning & Leveling , Use One Work Center for Sr.Tech , Tech & Riger ,

For One Work Center

In Production Work Center , You can input maximum 6 activity types in Work Center , & In Production Work Order during Confirmation this 6 Activity types automatically comes from Work center & can be Confirmed easily.

I know you can input 6 activity types in Plant Maintenance Work center ,but I do know whether It will appear in Maintenance Order from the Work Center during Planning & Confirmation automatically.

In that Case you can use different activity type for Confirming Sr tech , Tech & Rider Labor Cost & OT Hours.

Need to check by defining More than One activity type in Work Center & how it comes in Maint Order during Planning & Confirmation ,

You can input Manually Activity Type during Confirmation .

You may define multiple individual capacity for Workcentre.
