problem in report

Dear All,

I have created the Query using Query Designer.When i was running the query, i am getting only the Overall result. All data is not displaying the Bex Analyser. I have executed the report in RSRT and it is behaving as same.

Please help on this issue.

What rows and columns you have?

Its possible that you have only one row and so just the overall result..

Hi mansi,

i ahe some 14 fields in my report earlier it dispalying the right resuly suddly i appering like this

when i executing my qurt in rsrt or bex analyzer i am getting only over all result .

i have palnt ,l location,materialqty .so on.

please help on this

Hi,

Is the keyfigure setting made to Calculate single value as -> Hide?

Another possibility is are the individual rows having all key figures as 0?

And in the global properties have you suppressed zeroes?

thanks for every one who helping me on this ploblem idendified

ploblem is in source system some field is hidden in the source system and in bi bex qury designer i have given the condition if that field is empty dont display

so i am getting o result

can you check Keyfigure property

Under display option -

---

>caluculation single value
