Exit Interview Process - SAP HR

Can anybody please tell me how to handle Exit Intview process in SAP HR module?

u have to go with Creation of Custom infotype

and fill the details for the exit interview there is no standrad ifnotype for storeing the Exit infotype

Can u Explain the Business Process which u are follwoing at the client Place

You can capture few functionalities using infotype 33 statistics by creating subtypes

or else you need to go for a custom infotype
