Release strategy

Dear All,

In my company i have around 2000 Release strategy.

In around 450 Release strategies there are 4 release code i.e. it will go to 4 persons for release.

Now due to some changes for those 450 Release strategies the release will go to 3 person instead of 4 persons i.e. i have to remove one release code from all those 450 Release strategies.

Is there any direct transaction/process so that we can change these Release strategies in one chance rather than doing it one-by-one?
