Hello,

For parking balance is not required to be checked. Even if it not balanced, you can park it.

Only at the time of posting, if it is not balanced, then it will give error and you cannot make the posting.

I see in document that we can check balance of park document and issue error message if we want. But in SAP standard, we can save park document even if it's not balanced.

But I dont know where to configure ?

Thank you.

Hello,

You can see the message details in SE91.

In FI, you can control the message number in OBA5. Normally message numbers are issued like this

AA165

First two digits (alpha) is called application area next digits are called message number.

Sometimes, you may not be able to see the messages in OBA5, in such case you need to go to OBMSG transaction code and include the message number to your application area, then you need to come to back to OBA5 to make it information / warning / switch off / error (as the case may be)

Dear Ravi,

Thanks for your answer. But I tried to use message F5060 "posting only make after zero balance", but it's not affect for parking.

Do you know any message relate to this ?

Thanks,

Sylvecat.

Hello,

The message you are working is for posting.

Please check if there is any suitable message number if available for parking.

I do not think there are any message for checking the parked document balancing. Because, this is not standard. Therefore, either you need to create a message with the help of ABAPer and then try to restrict in OBA5.

Ravi

Hi Sylvecat,

You could do the simulation and return back, then to do parking.

or you could go to doc.overview screen before parking!

Best Regards,
