Total quanity not coming in a PO

Hi,

We are generaterating PO with reference to PRs. whose account assignemnt catagory is Q.

My problem is, when we are generating PO ,of a same material ,which have different line items because of different PR's having different account assignment WBS, i am not able to see the total quantity of that anywhere material in PO. I am only able to see the total value of the PO but not quantity,

How can i get the total quanitity of material in PO?

Hello Kalpesh,

I agree with Ramesh. You must have unit of measurement same for all material type than only you can see the total quantity otherwise it shows you total quantity line item wise. You can check in STATUS tab of header for the quantity or for item wise you can see in QUANTITIES/WEIGHT tab of item level.

Hi Kalpesh ,

If the unit of measure is same for all materials in the PO , then you can see the total Qty in PO Header - Status Tab.

If it is different then you get the Qty only at Item level.

Thanks RAMESH CH ,

I have checked, total quanitity of material having same unit is coming in header >> status.

But it is not coming in print preview of PO. How can i get it there?

Hi Kalpesh ,

Normally total Qty will not be displayed in printout , if you wish u need to take help of your ABAPer to make changes in the Form used.

2 50000 PENCIL 10 EA 10 100

NET VALUE 150
