Could someone please let me know as to what changes have been made by SAP in the workflow tables from 4.6c to ECC version?

Check this link

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/103b1a61-294f-2a10-6491-9827479d...

According to this link you have new step type more enhancement and ofcourse more table entries. I think the tables are more or less the same.

Thanks

Hi,

Is there any change related to the SWWWIHEAD table. I mean to say is the table being replicated in 2-3 tables in ECC 6?

Thanks,

Samson

The reason why it's not a good idea to access the tables directly, let SAP do the work instead.

Hi

Check these Tables

SWW_CONT - Container Contents for Work Item Data Container

SWW_CONTOB - Container Cont. for Work Item Data Container (Only Objects)

SWWLOGHIST - History of a work item

SWWORGTASK - Assignment of WIs to Org.Units and Tasks

SWWUSERWI - Current Work Items Assigned to a User

SWWWIHEAD - Header Table for all Work Item Types

SWW_WI2OBJ - Workflow Runtime: Relation of Work Item to Object
