Objects for transaction CO04

I have a user that needs to run CO04 in prd. When he selects the order he wants to list he executes the following: Print> Print Settings> List Control. Within the List Control screen there is a check box LK01 - Pick List that is greyed out. What object drives this ability? He needs to be able to select this option in order to print the list out to a local printer. Thanks

Go to Tcode OPK8 and check different settings for LK01 there... i.e. whether LK01 is marked or Unmarked there for this operation...

Below authorizations are checked while user is running CO04.

C_AFKO_ATY CIM: Order category

C_AFKO_AWA CIM: Authorization for Prod.Order/Order Type/Plant/Activity

C_AFKO_AWK CIM: Plant for order type of order

But the issue is not related to to the authorizations object.. Settings needs to be modified by trx: OPK8 as mentioned by above. For the configuration, client should be at "modifiable" status.
