Using transaction CO04 in SAP 5.0

I have a user that needs to run CO04 in prd. When he selects the order he wants to list he executes the following: Print> Print Settings> List Control. Within the List Control screen there is a check box LK01 - Pick List that is greyed out. What object drives this ability? He needs to be able to select this option in order to print the list out to a local printer. Thanks

Hi,

You need to configure in SPRO, goto TCode: OPK8 or below menu path

SPRO Production  Shop Floor Control  Operations  Define Print Control

Select spool parameters for user  tick mark to the check box print list for LK01

Thank you all for your responses. I figured out what happened. Apparently most users are defaulted to the LK01 printer spool BUT this user was assigned to a variant that had this option blocked. This was within the "spool parameters for user" selection via OPK8. I just removed him from this list. You guys did point me in the right direction and I appreciate it.

Check your setting of printing of pick list in OPK8.

LK01 printing program PSFCPICK is active print list and out put device need to maintain there.

Then you can take print through CO04 or CO04N.

Check whether this can help you,

Use CO04N to select the pick list and after executing clcik on print icon to make a hard copy.

Check and revert back.
