Budget Import sheets

If I am importing Budgets which are very straight forward. I have a total for the year but want it to equaly Distribute it by 12 month.

Do I still have to use the header and line sheet or can I just use one sheet to have the system automaticially distribute it into the 12 month.

Please advice the quickest and simpliest way
