Restriction of revoke after final release

Hi experts,

After final release of purchasing document lets say PR or PO user should not be able to revoke it.

Any suggestions highly appreciated apart from getting it done through user exit.

Hi Maverick ,

In the release procedure , use the Changeability indicator as 1 against the Final Release Indicator R .

i.e 1 Cannot be changed

It will solve ur problem.

Thanks for your response.

I have already set changeability to 1 but my concern is after PR final approval if a PO is created with its reference then in this PR user should not be able to revoke or cancel an approval.

I think we can do this with user exit but is there any other alternative?

Make the release indicator as 1 or implement version management and include that in your release procedure

hi,

Provide the authorisation for the revoking of the documents to the different consultants...By this when the one user makes the PR or PO document, one can't revoke it again untill authorised user revokes it...

So, it will be auto work and in case in near future if you req. it then can use it....

Check authorisation assignments at PFCG and assign roles ...
