Shopping Cart - Reviewer becoming Approver

Dear All,

We are facing two problems with shopping cart approval process.

1. Suppose a shopping cart has two level approval and has a reviewer attached to it. When shopping cart is approved by the second level approver (final approver), the work item is going to reviewer's inbox for approval. This is not happening for all shopping carts, but there is no specific instance

2. Suppose a shopping cart has two reviewers attached to it, say X and Y. If user X pushes (forwards) the shopping cart to Y (who is already another reviewer), the work item is moving into Y's inbox for approval

We are working on SRM 4.0. The workflow being used is standard workflow (WS1400133) and the BADI implemented is n-step approval BADI (BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI).

Did anyone face such problem? Are any relevant notes need to be applied.

Hi,

Ans 1: While creating a shopping cart you can add any no of reviewers in between any approver.

the purpose of reviwer: Workflow will go the reviewer after the 1st approver and it is only a information he cannot approve or reject the shopping cart.

It will not in the standard workflow. you have to ADD REVIEWER for the shopping cart you want to review.

Ans 2:Please check REVIEWER cannot APPROVE or Reject the shopping cart.

Please read the Functions of REVIEWER carefully
